“First and foremost, I would like to thank Lisa for allowing me the pleasure of receiving the best massage therapy I’ve ever had in my life.
Needless to say, Lisa is truly a massage professional. This immediately becomes apparent within the first few moments of engaging in a conversation with her. She’s very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Before my massage began, Lisa took the time to ask me if I had any specific areas of concern, any prior injuries that she should be aware of, as well as any areas that needed additional focus. I personally engage in intense strenuous workouts at the gym – usually as often as 6 or 7 times a week – where I lift heavy weights and push my body to the absolute max, usually until failure. As a result, I often have muscle groups that I have either strained, injured, or are extremely tense due to inflammation. I informed Lisa that I mainly wanted her to focus on my neck, shoulder, and upper back area due to these reasons. I also requested her “deep tissue” massage, and essentially gave her my permission to go as deep as she possibly could. Once we established that, she quietly stepped out and allowed me to get ready.
Within minutes, I immediately could tell that I was going to have a great massage. Due to her extensive past and experience in massage therapy, Lisa almost has a sixth sense when it comes to knowing exactly where you may be sore or areas that you need pain alleviated. I’ve had plenty of different types of massages over the years, but none were as surgical and accurate as Lisa’s. She has this down to a science and understands how the behaviors of the muscle groups function better than anyone I’ve ever met. Lisa has direction – there is a purpose for her approach on each muscle group, and essentially works towards a goal by using certain methods to release tension and inflammation from the area, rather than just blindly massaging you – which I feel I now that I may have experienced in the past with others. The amount of relief I experienced during the massage is simply indescribable. She did a phenomenal job and really impressed me with how accurate she was in comparison to what my requests were. In addition to the massage itself, Lisa is a kind, genuine individual who will enjoy speaking with you during your massage, and is very open to answering any questions that you may have. I definitely learned a thing or two from her today, and very much appreciate her help and advice.
Simply put, there is no one out there that is better than Lisa. She’s definitely earned my respect, as well as my business. Moving forward, I will look to work with her exclusively whenever I am looking to receive a massage. I would highly recommend anyone – regardless of the sport you play, or the physical activities you may engage in, to make an appointment with Lisa as soon as possible. You’ll be doing yourself a favor – trust me!”

“For as long as I can remember I carry my stress in my shoulders and neck and have always asked for a relaxing massage. That is until I met Lisa. After talking with her and experiencing my first real deep tissue massage, I finally found the right person to handle my problem areas. Feel lucky to have Lisa and her magic hands in our office here at work every Friday. Definitely a great way to start the weekend!”

“I have been coming in to see Lisa every two weeks for over a year with a shoulder injury that had chronic pain. Lisa has been doing pain management/corrective rotator cuff massage. I have been pain free ever since. She is the most intuitive and knowledgeable Massage Therapist I have ever met. I have a lot of experience with Massage Therapists over the last 15 years and they have not been able to relieve the pain and give me back the range of motion Lisa has. At times, I couldn’t even lift my arm up enough to brush my teeth. I would recommend her to anyone- especially those who have injuries or chronic pain.”
